Breland’s crown intelligence service, run out of the King’s Citadel. Officially they don’t exist.
- They led the raid on Club Elysium with an anti-magic dreadnought, under Zamis “the Tower” d’Deneith.
- Official word called it a strike on a “royalist conspiracy”. The Covenant is the conspiracy.
- They are still hunting the survivors.
